A GIRL, 15, died yesterday and a boy, 14, has been left seriously injured after crashing with a lorry while riding bikes.
The pair were hit just before 6pm yesterday on Station Road, north Hykeham.

The girl died at the scene, with the boy rushed to hospital with injuries – although these are not thought to be life threatening.
Inspector Ian Richardson said: “This devastating incident has not only had a major impact on the families of these teenagers but it has shocked the community.
“It has been difficult for everyone involved and our thoughts are with the families.
“We would ask people not to speculate while investigations continue.
“If anyone witnessed this incident they can contact us on 101.”
No arrests have been made as cops continue to probe the tragic death.

A spokesman for East Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 5.10pm yesterday, October 9 to Station Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln to assist with a medical emergency.
“We sent a LIVES First Responder, two paramedics in ambulance cars, a crewed ambulance and the air ambulance.
“We transported one patient to Queen’s Medical Centre.”
