THE rare humpback whale named ‘Hessy’ spotted in the River Thames over the weekend has died, according to reports.
The British Divers Marine Life Rescue have confirmed it’s been spotted lifeless in the water near Greenhithe.
There were six sightings of the massive marine mammal – said to measure up to a staggering 33ft – in the river on Sunday, the first at Tilbury in Essex.
