THIS is the moment a vigilante biker revved his engine next to a driver using his mobile phone – before screaming: “get off your phone you d***”.

Headcam footage shows the motorcyclist pulling up next to a man taking a call in the middle of a traffic jam on Outwood Road, Manchester.

The pair had a brief argument in a Manchester traffic jam

The biker pulls up next to the man’s red convertible before revving his engine to drown out the conversation.

The driver laughs before ending his call as the bike’s engine roars in the background.

He finally asks the biker what he is doing – before the biker snaps: “just because you’re not moving doesn’t mean nobody else is.”

The driver protests that he’s in a traffic jam, but is bluntly told: “it’s still illegal”.

The biker continues: “Kids, pedestrians, motorcyclists and cyclists are still moving around you.

“Get off your phone you d***.”

As the driver pulls away, the biker screams “k***head” before speeding down the road.
