During their nine months in the property the couple were flooded with complaints from the neighbours[/caption]
They also damaged furniture, left taps running and cut electrical wires at the house in Grimsby, Lincs.
The landlord claims the destruction has cost him thousands of pounds in repairs.
He said a couple and two very young children had been living in the house for about nine months.
Neighbours complained the pair were “foul-mouthed and abusive” and would play loud music into the early hours of the morning.
RANCID REVENGE
The landlord said: “I would constantly receive calls from neighbours who said that they had been playing music loudly late at night, and they would become very foul-mouthed and abusive to anyone that asked them to stop.
“I was also constantly getting complaints about the unbearable smell coming from the back garden, as there were mounds and mounds of dog poo that had not been cleared up that was driving people mad.
“I eventually issued them with a section 21 eviction order, and while I was waiting for them to leave the house, they completely wrecked it.
“I have never seen a house that has been left in such a disgusting condition, we had to put mats down on the floor so that it was possible to walk around it, the mess was horrific.”
“They have peed on the carpets, they blocked the toilet and left the taps running in the house, cut power lines, left dirty nappies lying everywhere, ripped doors off the walls and took chunks out of the walls.

“They have even spray painted foul language on the door.”
He added: “I have always had problems with that house.
“First we had drug dealers living in there who were almost impossible to remove, and I was only able to do so after the police got involved and threatened to close the house entirely.”
