A court heard the women had been in a social media argument after Elliot struck up a relationship with one of their former boyfriends.
Prosecutor Ashanti-Jade Walton said the two women left the bar in Swansea to track down a police officer and Elliot was arrested.
One of the victims suffered a 2cm gash just above her eye and medics had to remove glass from the wound.
Elliott, from Swansea, pleaded guilty to inflicting grievous bodily harm and to common assault.
Mark Davies, mitigating, said Elliot was an “intelligent young woman” and had shown remorse for the attack in May this year.
Swansea Crown Court heard Elliot had since lost her job with Admiral Insurance and recently bought a burger van to start her own business.
