PLANET Earth’s most weird and wonderful tattoos and body modification have been laid bare in London this weekend.
The three-day extravaganza for the inking men and women of the world saw droves flocking to the Tobacco Dock in Wapping.
The International London Tattoo Convention is in its 15th year, the event hosts more than 400 renowned artists from countries such as South Korea, Germany and Spain.
Organisers describe the event, which also features live music and trade stands, as “the most exciting, anticipated and resoundingly successful celebration of body art in the world”.
Among the icons who flaunted their ink and sheer eccentricity before photographers included Zombie Punk.
He has created an alarming image of a fiery red mohawk, black and white contact lenses, spiky piercings and ink.
