ADULTS in the UK spend nearly three times as long making tea as doing exercise, a health report has revealed.
They spend around 40 minutes a day brewing up compared with an average of just 14 minutes working out.

But experts warn their love of a cuppa could be storing up health problems for the future, including type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, dementia and some cancers.
The results come from not-for-profit health body ukactive, which quizzed 2,080 adults before National Fitness Day on Wednesday.

More than a quarter admitted doing less than 30 minutes of exercise a week.
Professor Sir Muir Gray, an adviser to Public Health England, said: “Physical activity is the miracle cure that can treat long-term health conditions
and improve cognitive function, mental capacity and resilience.”
