The woman also saw a mystery man in the footage, who said: “If you actually cared about her, you would be here to get her.”
She received the sickening call from Destiny’s Instagram account on Thursday and immediately reported it to police in Southwest Ranches.
Detectives have now stepped up their investigation as a desperate search to trace Destiny, who vanished on August 20, goes on.
Destiny’s aunt claimed the man appeared to be Hispanic and in his late 20s to early 30s.
She told cops he has a crew cut and a short patch of facial hair on his chin, according to WSVN.
Rose was last seen at the Alpha Group Home in Southwest Ranches – around 15 miles southwest of Fort Lauderdale.
