KATIE Price has revealed she bought a pink mobility scooter so she could get around when she was banned from driving.
The 41-year-old was slapped with a three-month ban earlier this year after she was convicted of being drunk in charge of her pink Range Rover but, determined to stay on the road, she got herself another mode of transport.
Discussing her purchase, which is likely to have set her back £900, in her latest YouTube video, she said: “The reason I bought this was cos when I was banned from driving, I thought there’s no way they’re stopping me going on the road.
“So I got one of these, got it done pink, put a bigger engine in it…”
But her scooter days were short lived as she ended up getting a flat tyre after going off roading.
She admitted: “Unfortunately I went off-roading and got a flat tyre so it actually doesn’t work so now it juts collects cobwebs.”
It comes after she revealed she’s getting rid of her pink cars – her £75,000 Range Rover and a Fiat Ducato horsebox – because they “get her in trouble”.
She said on Flex FM: “My pink cars are going because they get me into trouble.”
The mum-of-five has had a nightmare year of motoring offences and mental health battles.
In February she was convicted of being drunk in charge of her car which had crashed.
She was found in the back seat in the early hours of October 10 wearing a hoodie, socks and trainers, but no pants, and denied she had been driving, blaming a friend of her boyfriend.
