In 2013 she read the news on Daybreak, which became Good Morning Britain the following year.

Some fans correctly guessed earlier today

Another correctly said: “Lucrezia Millarini👀.”

However, others were off the mark, speculating it was Suranne Jones and Fiona Bruce.

The Sun revealed Corrie star Lisa George is also in talks to appear on Dancing On Ice.

The soap actress – who plays Beth Tinker in the ITV soap – will be taking to the ice and following in the footsteps of co-stars Jane Danson and Antony Cotton.

A source said: “Lisa’s really popular with soap fans so Dancing boss think she’ll be a great signing.

“All of her cobbles castmates will be backing her on the show.”

The actress will be the latest in a long line of Corrie stars to appear on the show.

Last year Jane Danson represented the cobbles, and the year before Antony Cotton and Brooke Vincent both competed with Brooke becoming runner up to winner Wes Nelson.

The full line-up has yet to be revealed but The Sun has revealed how Love Island’s Maura Higgins has won this year’s spot for a Love Island contestant, beating winner Amber Gill to the coveted appearance.

A source said: “Dancing On Ice producers were always going to sign a Love Island star for next year’s series and they wanted a girl this time after having two guys in the past.

“It was looking hopeful for Amber but Maura pipped her to the post with her sense of humour and personality.”

Other names include Ben Hanlin and Ian ‘H from Steps’ Watkins.

Dancing on Ice will return to screens in January.
