The incident took place on a crowded 195 bus in the Hayes area.

The clip was filmed by @guri.1001 who said that the fight erupted after the young girl’s mother had an argument with the bus driver – in which she told the driver that the bus was overcrowded and that he was letting too many people on the vehicle.

According to the witness, an ‘Indian’ male passenger in his twenties became annoyed with the disruption caused to the bus journey.

He shouted at the young woman’s mother to stop arguing with the driver and let the bus move.

This enraged the girl and she proceeded to launch the shocking rant at the man, during the September 14 incident.

In the video, speechless passengers including children watch the girl tell the man “You smell of curry you dumb b***h”- causing everyone on the bus to gasp.

The young girl’s mother is seen restraining her daughter as she screams “No let me hit.”

The man can be heard taunting her, telling her that the bus passengers agree with him: “Ooh everyone’s on my side”.

The woman finishes off her rant by telling the man to “get back to your f*****g Southall slum”.

The Metropolitan Police said traffic officers are appealing for witnesses “after a man was racially abused on a bus”.

“The video shows a women arguing with a man, and using racist language,” said the force in a statement.

“The incident is believed to have happened on a 195 in the Hayes area of Hillingdon borough, on Saturday, 14 September.

“Officers want witnesses to the incident, or anyone who can provide information about the people involved to come forward.

“Initial enquiries have been made with the bus company.”

If you have any information about the incident, please call 101 quoting 0921546/19, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
