She was also spotted struggling to get to her feet – and also appeared to tip-toe in pain as she put weight on her right foot.

It will raise fears of more injuries plaguing this year’s competition after Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing was forced to quit due to a damaged foot.

Michelle, who stars in Ru Paul’s Drag Race, was pictured alongside fellow contestant Alex Scott MBE as the pair soaked up the sunshine.

The telly judge will hope the rays will help mend her leg as she takes to the dancefloor for the hotly anticipated first live show on BBC One this evening.

Her injury fears come after we revealed Michelle has made a secret sex tape with her husband.

But there is no risk of it appearing anytime soon – as it remains under lock and key.

Michelle write in her tell-all autobiography: “The one and only sex tape I made, with my husband, is under lock and key in a safe, and it will remain there until I am long gone and the children figure out the combination to the safe.

“That will be a fun posthumous viewing party.”

Michelle makes the confession in her book The Diva Rules, in which she makes all sorts of candid revelations.

In the pages she doesn’t hold back when it comes to commenting on fellow celebrities either – especially those who go for a night on the town then moan about getting pictured misbehaving.

The Strictly contestant, who quit drinking after several boozy disasters, said: “If you’re going to be a drunken fool get ready for what’s to follow.”

“The six times in my life I have been drunk I became someone I didn’t like at all.

“Booze does things to me that make me want to do things to other people.

“It makes me lose all control of my sexual urges and I have zero control.

“I’ve even awakened in an orgiastic pit of naked people only to regret what I didn’t even know.”

  • The live opening show of Strictly Come Dancing 2019 starts tonight at 7pm on BBC One
