Saint muscled his way into the shot as North came into view on camera whilst 19-month-old Chicago grinned in the background.

Kim kissed Saint’s cheek and said: “I never seen someone love me so much.”

Not wanting to leave North out she added: “What about you gorgeous girl? How much do you love me?”

Kim revealed her nickname for her brood, affectionately calling them her “little peanuts” as she asked them “Say I love you Mommy!”

Kim needed cheering up after she became emotional, talking about her struggle with psoriasis.

The skin condition has left red, flaky patches all over her face and body and she shared painful looking patches on her face.

The 38-year-old star explained she had an “extremely bad” attack of it this year and admitted she has battled flare-ups since suffering her first one aged 25.

Writing for her sister Kourtney’s website Poosh, she explained: “Earlier this year is when it got extremely bad – it covered my whole face and a majority of my entire body.”

The star added that she felt it on her way to a shop opening, saying: “I was wearing this glitzy sequin dress from our store to the opening and I came home afterward and was itching.

“It seemed like it came out of nowhere, but I thought that my skin was just sensitive toward the dress’s material. And then I came home to LA for Mason’s first birthday party and my mom looked at my leg and said it was definitely psoriasis.”

Adding that she also had psoriatic arthritis – which causes pain and swelling between her joints – she explained how it left her unable to even pick up the phone.

What is psoriasis?

Psoriasis is a skin condition that causes red, flaky, crusty patches of skin covered with silvery scales, the NHS say.

The patches normally appear on your elbows, knees, scalp and lower back, though they can appear anywhere on your body.

Psoriasis affects around 2% of people in the UK. Most people are only affected with small patches but in some cases, the patches can be itchy or sore.

It can start at any age, but psoriasis most often develops in adults under 35 and affects men and women equally.

She wrote: “One night, I woke up to use the restroom and I physically couldn’t pick up my phone.

“I thought it was strange but maybe I just slept on my hands weird and I was so tired, I didn’t need to be checking my phone at that hour anyway. I fell right back asleep. ‘I woke up that morning and I still couldn’t pick up my phone.

“I was freaking out – I couldn’t even pick up a toothbrush, my hands hurt so badly. I had worked out the day before and we did an arm day, so I thought maybe one of the exercises strained my hand.”

However, she concluded: “If you have psoriasis, you can’t let it ruin your life or get the best of you. You have to do what you can to make sure you are comfortable but not let it take over.

“I hope my story can help anyone else with an autoimmune disease feel confident that there is light at the end of the tunnel.”

Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans saw Kim visited a hospital chair having a scan on her wrist in the trailer for series 17.

Kim can be heard saying: “I feel this in my bones. I probably have Lupus.” The trailer then cuts to Kim crying at home while talking to her mum, Kris Jenner.
