GIOVANNA Fletcher revealed she’s “the biggest I’ve been”, but no longer feels fixated on body shape and the insecurity that comes with it.
The Happy Mum Happy Baby podcaster, 34, has reevaluated her attitude towards body image since having her third child Max last year.
When she fell pregnant with her youngest son, Giovanna admitted she cried because she felt she was “just getting herself back”.
But nearly two years on, she’s happy in herself and has a completely different mindset.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, she said: “Max is the most gorgeous baby. He made us all just stop. Which I think is what we needed.
“He’s made us slow down and take a breather. It happened a lot quicker than I thought it would, and that was actually the best thing ever.

“Looking at body stuff… ‘I just got my body back’ or whatever. I feel more grounded in my body than ever.
“I’m probably the biggest I’ve been, but I don’t feel insecure.
“I think there’s this whole movement happening at the minute. How we view our bodies. I feel different now than how I felt before. I look at exercise in a different way, for my mind than my body.”
Giovanna was full of praise for Jesy Nelson’s recent documentary Odd One Out, regarding the impacts of trolling, and how it nearly drove the singer to suicide in the early days of Little Mix.
She said: “From that how we talk to people and what we say, we’re much more aware.

“I’ve had friends in pop bands who were ‘lose weight’ and ‘you’ll only be successful if you look a certain way’, and the documentary highlights that, and you see it for what it is. That it’s just ridiculous.
“Why should someone’s talent rely on what size they are or how they look?
“I think Jesy, with the audience she’s got, it’s gone beyond her audience. It’s the mums, dads and grandparents. And making everyone aware of what happens when you type out those words is really important, and I think it’s amazing its out there.”
As a proud mum of her three boys Buzz, four, Buddy, two and Max, one, Giovanna said she feels content and has ruled out adding to her brood.

While gender selection has made headlines in recent years, Giovanna said she supports any mum who wants to go down that route, but it’s not something she has considered for herself.
“I think if you want to do that that’s fine,” she explained. “I never found out the sex of any of our three. They’re completely different in every way. Having a third, we were inviting another member into our family.
“With gender stereotypes it’s tough. You’re not inviting the girls in to wear pink dresses and play with dolls.
“It’s tough to predict what the actual outcome is going to be. If that’s what someone wants to do, that’s their prerogative.”

The mum-of-three is taking to the road tomorrow for the first night of Happy Mum Happy Baby Live.
The six-date tour sees Giovanna play Manchester, Leeds, London, Gateshead, Glasgow, London and Birmingham with guests including former Corrie star Helen Flanagan, blogger Susie Verrill and influencer Megan Rose Lane.
Giovanna said: “I am constantly overwhelmed by the amount of emails and messages I receive in response to Happy Mum, Happy Baby.
“I don’t want the conversation to end there, so I can’t wait to go on my first ever UK tour. We’ll be discussing all aspects of parenthood – the highs, the lows, the challenges and rewards to help champion each other.”
“I’ve sorted what we’re doing and how the conversations are going to flow.
“I want people to feel lighter like they’re part of something rather than they’re alone. That’s what I hope they get from coming along and watching.”
