Man dies while ‘working on travelator at Waterloo Station’

A MAN has died at Waterloo Station while working on a travelator today.

Transport for London have said they are aware of the death but it is not thought to be suspicious.

The Mirror reports he was working at the London station this morning.

At 5.24am TfL Access wrote on Twitter: “Waterloo Station: No interchange between lines, due to a fault with the the travellator. Please exit the station and walk back in.”
