KIM Kardashian’s mum Kris Jenner was rushed to hospital after she was “attacked” by her famous daughter’s security team.
The reality star’s bodyguards sprang into action after they mistook Kris for an intruder.
In a preview for Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim is in the car with a friend when she gets a call from sister Khloe.
Khloe screams: “Oh my God, Kim! You gotta come. Your whole security just f***ing tackled Mom. We just called 9-1-1. This is so crazy.”
Kim replied: “Security just tackled my mom?! Wait, wait, I’m rushing home right now, but what happened?!”
Khloe said: “Come over here! I’m outside. The ambulance is on their way here now.
“They were in the backyard, and Mom came down, and when she showed up, I told them, ‘Go around,’ and they just tackled her! Mom?! I gotta call you back.”
Kim added: “I have to look at the surveillance right now. Ohhh. My God.”
Meanwhile in another trailer, Kim says she fears she is suffering with the debilitating and life-threatening condition Lupus.
Kim, 38, made the confession in the trailer for the new series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, telling doctors she “feels it in her bones”.
In scenes yet to be aired, the US star can be seen sitting in a hospital chair while undergoing a scan on her wrist.
Kim can be heard saying: “I feel this in my bones. I probably have Lupus.”
The trailer then cuts to Kim crying at home while talking to her mum, Kris Jenner.
Looking concerned, Kris tells her daughter: “Stay positive until we get some results.”
Lupus is an autoimmune disease that causes areas of inflammation in various areas of the body.

It is not yet know what the outcome of Kim’s medical tests were, although it is likely to be revealed in the new series of KUWTK, which launches this weekend.
Kim has always spoken openly about her health issues in the past, including her ongoing battle with psoriasis – another autoimmune disease, albeit not as severe as Lupus.
The condition causes red, blotchy and scaly patches all over the skin.
