DEL Boy’s home Peckham has been named among the coolest places in the world by Time Out city experts for a second year in a row.
The hipster district in South East London has come on leaps and bounds since its mean streets were conjured up in the beloved sitcom Only Fools and Horses.

Peckham – which ranked 11th in the top 50 list – joins the Wedding area of Berlin and Astoria of New York in the clash of the coolest.
The once maligned area is now home to a bustling, ethnically diverse community and a thriving arts scene.
But its popularity has led to rocketing house prices and the rapid gentrification of large parts of the area.
Peckham is the only London spot to make the guide, which also includes neighbourhoods in Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow.

THRIVING ARTS SCENE
The Time Out guide reads: “Over the past year even more restaurants, bars and club nights have established themselves along the area’s well-known Rye Lane and previously residential backstreets.
“With some of the capital’s most reputable arts colleges just a 436 bus ride away, the area has become home for south-east London’s burgeoning artistic scene while staying true to its multicultural roots.”
Referencing the car park spot, it adds: “If the queue is too daunting at alfresco drinking spot Frank’s Café, visitors should head to club venue and culture space CLF Art Café (known as the Bussey Building) for drinks at its rooftop bar.”
The guide also recommends Footscray in Melbourne as an “inner-city cultural melting point”.
Shimokitazawa in Tokyo wins praise for its “legacy of counter-cultural cool” and is packed with vintage shops.
But it’s Lisbon’s Arroios that tops the list, with Time Out calling it a “multicultural hub where street art meets food from around the world, underground culture and historical treasures”.
