BREAKING Bad’s Matt Jones is to make an epic comeback as Badger in the El Camino movie.
The character appeared in numerous episodes of TV drama during its original run from 2008 to 2013.
Now it’s been confirmed Badger will return for the film version which will be released on Netflix on October 11.
Badger is a friend of meth-maker Jesse Pinkman – played by Aaron Paul – who is the focus of the film.
The picture has been shot in secret but will deal with the aftermath of Jesse’s escape from Neo-Nazi captivity.
The tagline states: “Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future.”
Breaking Bad was an Emmy-winning drama which starred Bryan Cranston as terminally ill chemistry teacher Walter White, who decided to join forces with Jesse, a former student, to build a meth empire.
Last month, Netflix released the first trailer for El Camino, featuring another of Jesse’s downbeat pals, Skinny Pete.
In the clip, Skinny Pete – played by Charles Baker – was seen being questioned about Jesse’s whereabouts after his escape.
He tells the cops: “I have no idea where he is. Don’t know where he’s headed either.

Aaron, 40, recently told The New York Times he was left speechless when he first read the El Camino script, which was written by director Vince Gilligan.
He said: “I couldn’t speak for a good 30, 60 seconds.
“I was just lost in my thoughts. As the guy who played the guy, I was so happy that Vince wanted to take me on this journey.”
