KEVIN Hart is being sued for £48million by a model who claims she was “secretly recorded” in a 2017 sex tape with the comedian.
Montia Sabbag, 28, claimed she had sex with Hart three times when she was partying with the actor in Las Vegas in August 2017.

She says she had no idea there were cameras hidden around Hart’s suite at the Cosmopolitan when she had consensual sex with him.
In a new lawsuit, Montia accused Hart of “conspiring” with a friend – Jonathan “JT” Jackson – to film their romp to generate publicity.
Montia believes Hart gave Jackson permission to record them in Hart’s private suite – despite him being married to Eniko Parrish at the time.
The three-minute long video, which shows the model naked from the waist down, was posted online in September 2017.
The complaint reads: “Hart conspired with Jackson to intentionally record Ms. Sabbag naked and engaged in private sexual relations with Hart in a private bedroom at the Cosmopolitan without her knowledge or consent for the purpose of obtaining tremendous financial benefit for himself.”
Jackson was arrested and charged with extortion following the 2017 claims.
Montia claims Hart, who recently suffered serious back injuries in a car crash, was trying to drum up publicity ahead of an upcoming comedy tour.
She is suing for negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.
The model and actress is asking for £48million ($60million).
Hart was forced to make a grovelling public apology on Instagram to his pregnant wife Eniko and two children, confessing to a “bad error of judgment”.
The Get Hard star claimed someone had targeted him for “financial gain” over the incident.
Montia previously denied she was involved in any kind of blackmail plot, saying she had “no idea” she was being filmed.
She said previously: “I’m not an extortionist, I’m not a stripper – I’m a recording artist and an actress.
“I’ve not broken any laws, I had nothing to do with these recordings.”
TMZ has reported that Kevin, who is recovering from horrific car crash injuries, will not pay Montia a penny.
The comic broke his spine in three places after his vintage car veered off the road and landed in a ditch in LA earlier this month.
