A 17-year-old boy has admitted the murder of Peter Duncan, the lawyer who was stabbed with a screwdriver in a Newcastle shopping centre, last month.
The dad-of-two, 52, died after he was attacked with a screwdriver near Newcastle shopping centre at 6.20pm on August 14.

He died in hospital after being stabbed on his way home from work..
Peter’s heartbroken family said: “Peter was a kind and caring man who was always first to help others.
“He was a devoted father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend and loved by all.
“He had so much of his life left to live.”
Mr Duncan had previously worked as an electric engineer before retraining as a solicitor at Northumbria University.
