THE fifth series of Peaky Blinders is back on our screens and after all the hype, it definitely hasn’t disappointed so far.
But did you know there’s also a festival based on the show? Here’s everything you need to know about the highly-anticipated event…
Where and when is the Peaky Blinders Festival being held?
As the show is set in Birmingham the Peaky Blinders Festival is going to be held there.
The two-day event will be held at Digbeth Area started yesterday (September 14) and concludes today (September 15).
The event involves immersive theatre, live music and fashion inspired by the series, a cinema showing, a museum, food, drink, poetry and more.
There are five stages of music, live recreations of Peaky Blinders scenes involving 200 actors, fashion shows and mens’ grooming – as everyone knows, a Peaky Blinder must always look sharp.
Can I still get a ticket to the Peaky Blinders Festival?
Tickets went on general on sale on August 9 via axs.com.
Eligible American Express Card members were able to take advantage of priority booking from 9am on Wednesday August 7 via axs.com.
As the festival is now in its second day, it is a little late to buy passes online.
However, tickets are still available on the door.
Will any of the stars of the show be at the Peaky Blinders Festival?
Yes they will.
Appearances from Peaky Blinders cast members and special guests have been confirmed but names haven’t been released yet.
We do know that there will be a Q&A with the show’s creator Steven Knight with debates on the history, politics and social themes of the new series (season five)

As well as Q&As with the stars, there will also be plenty of live music.

What else will be on show at the Peaky Blinder Festival?
Fans will be able to visit Aunt Pol’s Fashion and Beauty Boutique featuring Peaky Blinders props from the TV series.
Contemporary dance company Rambert will also perform a specially commissioned performance, choreographed for the festival by artistic director Benoit Swan Pouffer.
In addition, there will be a fashion show from Steven Knight’s Garrison Tailors clothing range, plus the show’s influence on modern style will be reflected in onsite tailoring and men’s grooming.
