GEORGE Michael’s former lover has called the singer a “f**** up icon” and a “crack head” in a bizarre Facebook rant.

Fadi Fawaz, 46, who has been living in a £49-a-night Travelodge after he was kicked out of the late singer’s £5million home, blasted his ex-lover in a foul-mouthed online rant.

Fawaz, who was not left anything in The Wham singer’s £97.6million will following his December 2016 death, wrote on Facebook: “What a f****d up ikon who was addicted to DHB and f*****g a crack head thos George f*****g Micheal [sic].”

The former hairdresser was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage last month accused of smashing up the plush property near London’s Regent’s Park.

He was arrested after he was seen standing on the roof throwing things into neighbours’ gardens.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman described the damage to the property as “extensive”.

Fawaz later checked in to a Travelodge in Covent Garden.

Sources at the hotel confirmed he had been there for “several weeks” and was checked in until September 9.

Australian-born Fawaz first met George in 2009 and they became lovers after his split with Kenny Goss.

Fawaz found George, 53, dead in the bedroom of his Oxfordshire house on Christmas Day in 2016.

A coroners’ inquest ruled George died from natural causes brought on by heart and liver problems.

Last year it emerged the singer did not leave anything for Fawaz in his will.

George left £97.6m and the bulk of his estate, including his houses, to sisters Yioda and Melanie.
