The DJ, 53, filmed the moment he got down on his hands and knees to weigh his noggin, placing his head in a pale blue square bucket full of water.

That bucket was placed within a large white tray which caught the water which spilled out of the bucket as Chris shoved his head in.

Wearing a turquoise jumper and tan trousers, Chris was told to put his head in further by his co-star, before pulling it back out after a few seconds.

He joked: “That wakes you up doesn’t it?”

As the water from the white tray was poured into a new bucket, he added: “This is sophomore day one, week one induction is what I’m looking at here.”

The new bucket full of water was then placed on the scales, and read 3.8kg, which told Chris the weight of his head.

He seemed quite pleased with the results before the video came to an end.

It’s been a funny week all round for the team, after Chris fell off his chair live on air during Wednesday’s show.

Chris had co-star Vassos Alexander in hysterics after suffering a “pantomime fall” during a chat with a young listener.

Left with no choice but to interrupt today’s caller, Vassos joked: “Something hilarious has just happened.

“Christopher has fallen off his chair in a very pantomime manor.”

Despite his attempt to sweep the incident under the carpet, Chris was forced to own up to the gaffe.

He laughed: “I fell off forwards, not even backwards, for no apparent reason. ”
