LOUIS Tomlinson has been left heartbroken after his sister Felicite tragically passed away in March 2019, aged 18.
We take a look back over her life and how she died.
Who is Felicite Tomlinson?
Instagram influencer Felicite Tomlinson – sister of One Direction star Louis Tomlinson – died aged 18.
Nicknamed Fizzy, she was an aspiring fashion designer, who had 1.4 million followers on the platform.
Louis and Felicite have five other siblings, including twins under the age of six. Louis is the eldest.
Felicite, who had 404,000 Twitter followers, moved to the capital to develop her career in fashion and social media projects.
She was also planning to write a book.
How did Felicite die?
Felicite died on March 13, 2019, after she collapsed from a suspected heart attack at her fourth-floor studio apartment in Earls Court, West London.
A person who was with her called 999 and ambulance crews dashed to the address, along with an experienced paramedic and a single responder medic in a car.
Despite extensive efforts to resuscitate Felicite she was pronounced dead at the scene.
She accidentally overdosed on a “perfect storm” of cocaine, Xanax and oxycodone, an inquest heard.
The teen was found lifeless with “white lips” the morning after she snorted cocaine with a friend.
Medics rushed to save the aspiring fashion designer but it was too late and she was pronounced dead inside her London flat in March this year.
Inner West London Coroner’s Court heard she had a long history of drug use after the death of her mum Johannah, who died from leukaemia in 2016.
Relatives were at the inquest today, however former 1D star and X Factor judge Louis did not attend.
Has Louis said anything about Felicite’s death?
So far Louis has yet to release a statement but is expected to make his first comment on ITV’s Lorraine.
Louis, who was working in London at the time, was informed of the death on the evening of March 13, 2019.
Police notified members of the family from Doncaster, South Yorks, the following day.
The X Factor judge was extremely close to his sister and they regularly saw each other in London.
