SKINT Katie Price faces losing her £2 million home as she is due back in court over bankruptcy repayments.

The Sun Online can reveal the cash-strapped star finds out on October 14th if she gets to keep her ‘mucky mansion’ – just weeks after moving new toyboy Charles Drury into her nine-bedroom pad.

Katie, 41, is set to appear next month at The Rolls Building in London, where commercial and property business matters are hammered out.

The mother-of-five already swerved bankruptcy once last year, but still faces losing her house thanks to a bankruptcy petition which calls for her assets to be taken and sold to pay her debts.

Official records show that Katie has had a bankruptcy petition placed on the house as part of her ongoing Individual Voluntary Arrangement with debtors – and she’ll find out on 14 October if she’ll face losing the family home.

Katie, who split from her third husband Kieran Hayler last year, was allowed to enter into the IVA, a deal to pay back some of her debts, if she agreed to pay back over £12,000 a month over the course of four years.

Documents previously showed the Loose Women presenter, who was once worth £45million, had racked up the staggering £2.1million debt, despite staving off bankruptcy.

The Sun reported back in March that Katie still owed more than £800,000, but she’s showed no signs of curbing her spending.

In the months before March, she’d splashed out £25,000 on six trips abroad.

Since then, she’s jetted to Thailand, Greece, and Turkey twice.

And despite facing the possibility of losing her home Katie booked in huge renovations to give her home a makeover earlier this year.

She has been building a gym, beauty studio and horse exercise arena in the grounds of her massive Sussex home.

A source said: “Katie’s planning this huge showbiz comeback and thinks she’ll be a millionaire by the end of the year, so spending money on the house is actually an investment.

“She’s building a beauty studio where she can film YouTube videos as part of her new vlogging career, and a small gym that Kris can work out of – something she always promised Kieran but didn’t do.”

She has in fact saved some pennies as Katie travelled to Turkey for free rounds of plastic surgery, shocking fans with the results of numerous face lifts.

The Sun Online revealed new boyfriend Charles sensationally resigned as an electrician for a building firm last week and shacked up with Katie in her Sussex mansion.

He has been staying with her since they returned from Turkey – and has no plans on leaving as he’s got a loot of work to do helping Katie fix up her mucky mansion.

A source said: “Katie’s savvy – Charles is doing some plastering and jobs round the house.

“What better way to fix up her house for cheap than to move in your new builder lover?!”
