The 34-year-old royal, attending as an Invictus Games ambassador, was pictured taking to the trading floor at BGC Partners in Canary Wharf, London.

And Harry proved his credentials by closing a £1billion bond trade – one of the largest trades in the market over the past five years.

Despite juggling three phones and being barked at by traders, Harry pulled off the impressive transaction and is believed to have raised £50,000.

Ryder Brown, co-head of the Gilts department, said: “I thought he was excellent. It was very nerve-wracking but he handled the pressure well and closed the trade.

“That was the hard bit, to close the trade. He picked the telephone up and managed to do it – it’s like old-style trading.”

RAISING MONEY

The event remembers BGC’s 658 colleagues and the 61 Eurobrokers employees who died in the terror attacks that saw two hijacked planes crash into the World Trade Center towers in 2001.

Prince Harry is at today’s charity event without wife Meghan Markle but is instead joined by a host of A-listers including Alan Carr, Blake Harrison and Natalie Pinkham.

Shaun D. Lynn, President of BGC Partners, said today’s event would help to pay tribute to the lives lost in the devastating terror attacks.

He said: “September 11th remains a day very close to our hearts and I am incredibly proud to be hosting our 15th Charity Day, which turns such a historic anniversary into an uplifting day for all involved.

“We have now raised over $150 million globally, an outstanding achievement, which would not be possible without the incredible support of our clients, staff and the charities involved each year.

“I am looking forward to another day raising money for such worthwhile causes, and making this year’s Charity Day the best yet.”

CONTROVERSIAL COUPLE

The event comes after Prince Harry has faced criticism for lecturing the public on eco-tourism while jetsetting on four private planes in just 11 days during the summer.

And Meghan has reportedly ruffled a few feathers at the palace by using a Hollywood agent, lawyer and business manager.

The secret US team is looking after her future career — and believed to be in negotiations for her first children’s book.

Meghan has been on maternity leave since welcoming baby Archie in May, but made headlines as she guest edited the September issue of Vogue.

The edition was themed on Forces for Change and includes numerous women who inspire her, along with promoting sustainable fashion brands.

In other royal news, an expert has predicted how the Queen will give powers to Prince Charles in TWO YEARS and “relinquish majority of duties”.
