PIERS Morgan refused to back down after calling Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby “snivelling b*****s” at the TV Choice Awards.

Piers jokingly launched into a four-letter rant at the This Morning hosts on Monday night after they won the Best Daytime TV show at the bash.

Yesterday, Phillip and Holly laughed of his comments during their show as they held up the gong – but said: “You can pop in and hold it. We love you Piers.”

Playing the clip on Good Morning Britain today, Piers responded: “I’ve got to say of all the offers I’ve had to pop in and hold it from Phillip Schofield, that ain’t happening. That ain’t happening.”

He then mocked their voices and Susanna, 48, joined in as they both said in unison: “We love you Piers!”

And Susanna added: “That is never happening by the way. Never.”

This Morning beat Good Morning Britain to another TV Choice Award on Monday night – sending Piers, 54, into a hilarious rage.

Taking to to the podium to present an award, he turned to Holly and Phillip and jokingly launched into the four-letter tirade at them.

He said: “I hate you, you snivelling little b******!

“Every time we come to these things we get told it’s our time. It’s never our time, it’s always their time. F*** you and f*** your rules. We’re all part of one big happy family. Are we f***.”

This Morning was crowned best daytime TV show, beating Piers’ Good Morning Britain.

Host Phillip Schofield said: “We’re incredibly proud of our team, incredibly proud of our show. We’re so proud to be part of our family.”


He then turned to his co-presenter of ten years Holly, and told her: “I love you.”

She told him the same before leaving the stage.
