A MATHS teacher plied a pupil with booze before persuading her to perform a sex act on a school trip, a court has heard.
Neville Buckle, 48, is alleged to have invited the then 17-year-old and a friend into his hotel room at the end of a holiday in 2007.
It is claimed he encouraged the teens to play spin the bottle and truth or dare – before quizzing them on their sexual experiences.
Swindon Crown Court heard how he massaged the alleged victim as she lay half-naked on his hotel bed.
Jurors heard how he turned the conversation to sex and offered to “teach her what to do”.
She then performed a sex act on him as he lay on the hotel bed.
‘TEACHER OFFERED TO ‘TEACH HER WHAT TO DO”
Buckle had only joined the trip abroad because organisers needed him to chaperone male pupils.
It is alleged that he fetched the older students alcohol on the final night before inviting two of the girls to his hotel room.
The girl was said to have given Buckle a wide berth for the rest of the holiday.
But when she saw him at school the following term, David Maunder, prosecuting, said: “He acted as if everything was perfectly normal.”

The girl mentioned the incident to her mother in 2011 and to her boyfriend in 2017, but only reported him to cops after suffering flashbacks when she spotted him at a sporting fixture last year.
Buckle denies sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 17 by an adult in a position of trust.
The trial continues.
