They are included in a US Marshals report which tells how he was arrested after landing in Teterboro Airport in New Jersey in July after flying in from Paris.
It reveals how one air traffic control worker told investigators how he was spotted with two girls – aged 11 and 12 – leaving a plane just a year earlier.
The official files also states the shamed tycoon had no medical issues, but was at risk of harming himself as it notes he had “suicidal tendencies.”
Those working on the case report how the official probe into Epstein was formally closed shortly after news of his death broke.
The 66-year-old was being held at a federal detention centre on sex-trafficking charges when he was found dead on August 10.

He died two weeks after he was placed on suicide watch when he was found nearly unconscious in his cell with injuries to his neck.
However at the time of his death he had been removed from the special measure after being evaluated by psychologist who determined it “was no longer warranted.”
Law enforcement officials confirmed on August 10 he had taken his own life at Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan.
Chief Medical Examiner Dr Barbara Sampson announced on August 16 that the death was a “suicide”.
She said she made the determination “after careful review of all investigative information, including complete autopsy findings”.
Epstein’s autopsy revealed that the financier had multiple broken neck bones, often consistent with strangulation.
During his autopsy, Epstein was found to have broken his hyoid bone, which is near the Adam’s apple in men, according to reports.
In 2008, he was jailed for 18 months in Florida after being guilty of prostitution charges including soliciting a minor for prostitution.
Epstein cut a deal with prosecutors which meant he paid compensation to his victims and registered as a sex offender.
Despite his death, the pursuit of justice for Epstein’s victims is still ongoing.
However, it has been revealed the shamed tycoon instructed lawyers to put all his £475m fortune into secret trust 48 hours before he hanged himself.
As the paperwork was filed in the US Virgin Islands legal experts now fear it will be very difficult for his victims to get anything from his estate.
Adam Horowitz, a US attorney who settled eight civil lawsuits against Epstein on behalf of victims a decade ago, said the trust will be now have to be interpreted under local law.

While most American states have a laws related to trusts and avoiding creditors – like Epstein’s sexual assault victims – Horowitz said he is not sure the same rules apply in the tax haven.
“The creditors are going to have to become well-versed in Virgin Islands law,” Horowitz told the Sun-Sentinel today.
“It could be very different from Florida or New York law.”
