STACEY Solomon has joked that ITV is trying to split her and Joe Swash up as he prepares to go on yet another work trip.

The 29-year-old, who welcomed her third son Rex with Joe in May, revealed she wasn’t happy about him going to the Maldives and leaving her home alone again.

Stacey Solomon made a joke about how much Joe is away

Sharing a clip of him packing , she wrote: “He’s only going away again!!! What’s going on ITV, Loose Women, are you trying to split us up?”

She jokingly added: “Where are you Andi Peters, I thought you lived on  a tropical island especially for competitions?”

As Joe packed up Stacey asked him where he was going and he said: “The Maldives. It’s for work I swear!”

She replied: “I am sad you are going but I am more sad about is the way you pack your suitcase.”

Since Rex has been born, Joe has had to go and film in Rome which meant he missed his newborn’s  first smile.

He also visited Tenerife where he enjoyed a few days in the sun filming alongside Jack Fincham.

Joe was slammed by fans for boasting about the “best night’s sleep in ages” on his flight there, while Stacey has been documenting how tired she is.

He later went away with his eldest son Harry, from a previous relationship while Stacey cared for Rex and her older children Zachary, 11, and seven-year-old Leighton.
