A MARRIED woman and man have filed for an annulment — after both realising they are gay.
Jo Turner, 30, and Scott Turner-Smith, 25, wed as a straight couple 13 months ago.

They have now signed a nullity petition but are still enjoying nights out together — along with Jo’s new girlfriend Wendy Rennie.
The trio have even joked about having a double wedding if Scott can find a boyfriend in time.
Dentist Jo tweeted: “We have had a hoot when signing the nullity petition today — ‘invalid consent by mistake — turns out we’re both gay’. Enjoy that, Judge. The screenplay will be out next year.”
Scott, a former Tory councillor who moved from Dundee to Rochdale to be with Jo, wrote: “I’ve composed and deleted this tweet a thousand times, but here it goes: I’m gay.
“Those I’ve told so far have been wonderful, and for that I’m more grateful than they know. I’m excited to find out what’s next.”
Meanwhile Wendy, a junior doctor, wrote about meeting Jo two years ago when they were working in a hospital.
She said she “got butterflies to the max” but had to “watch Jo move on with her life and get married to a man human”.
