A FAMILY have issued a desperate plea to find a missing 26-year-old artist who vanished six days ago.
Shannon Gould, from Paignton, Devon, was last seen on Wednesday after she went into Torquay to do some shopping.
The artist – originally from Preston – is regularly known to visit the seafront in her hometown and has been described by cops as a “medium-risk missing person”.
Her family have now issued a frantic plea for information
Brother Joe Andrews said: “It’s completely out of character for her to go missing.
“When we arrived at her house when we hadn’t heard from her, all her make-up was out and so was her arts stuff.
“She is an artist so she likes to draw and if she was going somewhere she would have taken it.
“We have been searching around beaches in Paignton and we are going back there tonight and have lots of pictures of her to put up.
“She is a young attractive girl so anything could have happened. Shannon is free spirited, outgoing and bubbly. She is always singing and humming.
“On the day she went missing there was a Snapchat of her on the beach earlier that day in Torquay.”
