She specialises in Latin dance and her success at championships earned her the nickname The Queen of Latin.

In July 2019 it was revealed Motsi Mabuse would be joining the show as a judge.

Motsi is a 38-year-old South African dancer, who previously appeared on the German TV show Let’s Dance – the German version of Strictly Come Dancing.

She is the older sister of Strictly pro Oti which means she will have to score her younger sister, 28 — a move which is likely to raise eyebrows among other dancers and viewers.

The dancer replaces Darcey Bussell, who quit the show back in April 2019.

Zoe took over the Radio 2 Breakfast Show in January 2019, so has a big commitment there.

What does the winner of Strictly Come Dancing get?

Most importantly the winner gets the coveted Glitterball trophy.

However, each star also gets £25,000 for signing up.

If they manage to stay on the dance floor until the end of October, this rises to £40,000.

Any star that makes it to the quarter-finals sees their fee jump to £60,000.

Those who make the semi-finals will see a climb to £75,000.

While the Strictly winner will be paid £100,000.

Who won Strictly Come Dancing in 2018?

TV journalist Stacey Dooley and her partner Kevin Clifton were crowned the winners following a dramatic final on December 15, 2018.

Each pairing danced three times on the night, with Stacey and Kevin blowing away the opposition.

The duo were overcome with emotion immediately after their win, with Kevin reduced to tears, as was his ex-wife Karen.

Both Stacey and Kevin paid tribute to each other and have since become a couple.
