He ran the House of Evelyn in Manchester city centre, which was frequented by multiple stars.
The inquest into his death heard he was seen stumbling into a cabinet and wall before he died after taking drugs, including cocaine.
Mr Meadows, who appeared on ITV’s Real Housewives of Cheshire, had more than twice the alcohol limit for driving in his system, as well as fatal levels of drugs.
He tragically died at the scene despite efforts by friends to revive him after he collapsed.
The salon manager had attended his sister’s gender reveal party earlier in the day on March 24, and went out with his pal Lee Marsh.
They went to a house where people had been partying for the past four days.
Mr Marsh told the Bolton inquest his friend had become clumsy after taking a lot of drugs, before he banged his head and lay on the floor.
He said: “I told Scott I wanted to leave and I assumed he was asleep on the floor. But I kept nudging him and he didn’t respond and I realised he wasn’t breathing.
“I told someone to ring an ambulance and tried to do CPR. When the ambulance arrived they told us he had died.”
‘THE EVILS OF DRUGS’
Dr Charles Wilson, a forensic pathologist who carried out a post mortem examination said: “This was a potentially lethal cocktail of drugs. There is evidence that he was intoxicated and that supports the conclusion of multiple drug toxicity.”
Mr Meadow’s father Christopher told the hearing the family was very proud of him and his work.
He said: “He always had his own unique style and others have benefited from his creative design.
”We were not aware of him taking drugs until the time of his death.
“He was always anti-drugs in conversations with us and whilst it didn’t really shock me the idea that he would take drugs, we didn’t think he’d be taking these type of drugs.”
At the time of Mr Meadows’ death Kym, who plays Michelle Connor in Corrie, said: ”No words will ever describe how much I will miss you. Scott you are loved by so many. Always the life and soul of every party, you lit up every room.
“Your laugh was so infectious, everyone wanted to be around you. I feel very lucky to have been able to call you my friend. Thank you Scott, for your friendship, for the laughter and for the wonderful memories. I hope you’re showing those angels how it’s done kiddo! The MOST fabulous angel in heaven. Sleep tight sweetheart.”

Recording a narrative conclusion, Coroner Alan Walsh warned drugs users of what can happen to them.
He said: “The dangers of the use of these drugs is immense and I sit here and listen to the evils of drugs.
“People who take them don’t think about the effect they have on their organs. On that date Scott was partying and was doing what he’d done before with no negative consequences. But on this occasion he wasn’t so fortunate.
“These potential consequences are not unknown to people who choose to do such things but they think it won’t happen to them.”
