Razor House was initially put on the market for £24million, meaning Alicia saved herself a cool £7million.

It features a circular cinema room and according to the Wall Street Journal it has a stainless-steel spa, infinity pool and acoustically treated walls and ceiling – perfect for any superstar musician.

There is also a two-bed guest house and a rooftop entertaining area.

What’s more the home is reportedly the inspiration behind billionaire Tony Stark’s home in the Iron Man and Avengers films.
